By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
By registering an account, clicking “accept,” or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms.
Some features require anaccount. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
You may not sell, transfer, or share your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts showing suspicious activity.
Some Services are free; others require payment. Pricing and billing terms are presented at checkout. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• Plan credits roll over monthly but are only accessible with an active subscription.
• Separately purchased credits never expire and remain available with an active subscription.
• Cancelled subscription credits stay in your account and become accessible upon reactivation.
• Paid credits are non-transferable.
We may change prices upon reasonable notice. We may adjust the credits required per feature based on computational costs. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your design and business purposes.
• Free plan: Generated designs may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. Limited generations are allowed.
• Paid plans: Commercial usage rights are granted. This license continues perpetually for designs generated during active subscription periods.
Input & Output: You may provide prompts, files, or design assets (“Input”) and receive AI-generated designs or content (“Output”).
Ownership: You retain ownership of your Inputs. For Outputs generated using paid credits, you own the Output to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee Outputs are unique or non-infringing.
Paid Credits Protection: Loom will not use, store, or review Inputs or Outputs generated through paid credits for model training, algorithm optimization, or any derivative use, except as required by law or to resolve a specific support issue.
Free Usage: For Outputs via free or trial usage, you grant Loom a worldwide, royalty-free license to use anonymized or de-identified data to improve our Services.
Disclaimer: AI-generated content may be imperfect, incomplete, or inaccurate. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all Outputs before use.
You agree not to:
• Violate any applicable law or third-party right
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code or models from the Services
• Use Loom to build competing products for UI/UX generation or design automation
• Scrape or bulk-export data from the Services to train competing models
• Probe, scan, or test system vulnerabilities or breach security measures
• Share account credentials or circumvent usage limitations
Violations may result in immediate account termination.
All rights, title, and interest in the Services — including software, models, trademarks, and documentation —are the exclusive property of Foixa Yazılım İthalat İhracat Anonim Şirketi or its licensors.
If you provide suggestions or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate them without restriction.
Due to the nature of our product, which grants immediate access to AI-powered features upon purchase, we do not offer refunds on subscriptions or credit purchases. If you cancel, you may continue using the Services until the end of your paid term.
Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy at loom.design/privacy-policy. We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Loom may use third-party AI providers to deliver features; we share only the minimum necessary information to fulfill your request.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to comply with legal obligations.
Upon termination, all licenses granted to you cease. Provisions that should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, indemnity, and liability limitations — will survive.
THE SERVICES AND ALL AI OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSOR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Foixa Yazılım İthalat İhracat Anonim Şirketi from any claims arising from your use of the Services, your Inputs/Outputs, or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on loom.design or communicated by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Istanbul, Turkey.
