When you use Loom’s AIfeatures, we may temporarily process your input data and generated results forthe following purposes:

However, Loom will never use, store, or review any data or outputs generated through paid credits for model training, algorithm optimization, or any purpose beyond delivering your requested service.

Data generated under paid usage is treated as confidential user content, and will not be accessed or utilized by Loom’s team or any third party, except as required by law or for resolving specific user support requests.

We take reasonable steps to anonymize or aggregate all other AI-related data wherever possible.

We may share your informationwith:

• Authorized Loom employees and representatives

• Third-party service providers (e.g., hosting, payment processing, analytics, customer support)

• Business partners assisting in marketing or distribution, subject to confidentiality agreements

All subprocessors handling Personal Data are contractually obligated to maintain data security and confidentiality.
